1. About Liveauctions.jp
Liveauctions.jp is the “Auction Company”.
The items listed in our auctions are owned by their vendors. Our company is only an intermediary.
We reserve the right to use any text or images posted on our website or in our catalogs. It cannot be published in whole or in part without our written permission.
Liveauctions.jp may contact you and send informative messages, over the contact information by e-mail or mobile phone number which you have provided during registration. In cases, where you wish not to be contacted, please reach us at info@liveauctions.jp by stating SMS CANCELLATION or E-MAIL CANCELLATION.
During the controversies that may occur with the sales agreement that was realized at the auction, the company's computer records, auction reports, commercial documents and commercial registers shall be regarded as absolute evidence without exclusively and need for any oath.
Our Company reserves the right to ask for a reference by given bids for 10 different items or a total amount of ¥500,000.
All registered users accept by default all terms and conditions stated below.
2. Registration
There is no registration fee or monthly subscription fee to register on our website.
The auction can be attended to by registering on the auction website or given registered bids by written or phone before the auction.
3. Browsing the Catalogue
Each current auction catalog is published on our website between 2 weeks to 4 weeks, prior to the live auction starting.
Registered members can browse the catalog, watch and bid in advance before the live auction starts.
The actual photos or scans of the products in the auctions are used, and sometimes there may be differences between the product and the description for technical reasons. In this case, the product description shall prevail and the Auction Company has a right to revise the photos and descriptions at any time.
4. Previewing the Lots
A preview will be held at our address 3 days before the live auction date. All customers can make a reservation and visit our shop to see the lots in real.
The explanations of the declared items are not binding and final. Our company takes care to give the most detailed and truthful information within the possibilities of explanations and visuals. However, it is assumed that the items have been inspected by the buyer after the sales transaction has taken place. Therefore, our recommendation is the items should be on-the-spot checked (examined on-site) if possible. If not possible, customers should contact us for help with scrutiny (carefully review).
5. Participating the Auctions
The Live Auction will start on the given date and time, members can participate via the website or mobile app.
Each lot will have a defined time for bids and then it will pass the next lot.
The given bids are not withdrawn, and cannot be reduced.
All bidders are strongly advised to bid with the highest desired price levels. The highest bid offered by a member does not have to be the maximum limit of members. According to the automatic bid increase system; The bid in the lower value belonging to another member follows the given bid. In case of overtaken bid given by the member, the member is informed by e-mail.

¥100 to ¥1,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥100
¥2,000 to ¥4,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥200
¥5,000 to ¥9,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥500
¥10,000 to ¥19,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥1,000
¥20,000 to ¥49,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥2,500
¥50,000 to ¥99,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥5,000
¥100,000 to ¥199,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥10,000
¥200,000 to ¥499,000 Limit Price Increment – ¥25,000
¥500,000 to ¥999,900 Limit Price Increment – ¥50,000
¥1,000,000 to ¥99,999,9999 Limit Price Increment – ¥100,000
7. Commissions & Fees
The commission rate varies for each auction and is stated in the announcement of the related auction. This commission rate applies to both buyers and sellers.
All successful bids are included in Tax, but tax will be applied to Commission fees.
For example, ¥100,000 (Successful bid amount, tax included), ¥10,000 (Auction Company Commission fee %10) plus ¥1,000 (Consumption tax on commission fee), Total Payment Amount is ¥111,000
8. Payment
Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card within 15 days.
All bids are subject to cancellation in cases, where payment is failed to be delivered within the next 15 days after the auction is concluded. Membership will be canceled if this is repeated.
Payments made with credit card 4% and PayPal are subject to a 4% commission.
9. Shipment
The items won in the auctions will be delivered to the buyer by cargo after payment is made. The shipping fee belongs to the buyer and will be added to the invoice.
Customers can pick up lots from the shop directly.
You can hold the shipping of the products you have won and paid for in our auctions. However, the products that have been paid for are kept for a maximum of 2 months. After two months, the products will be shipped to the buyers regardless of the value of the products received.
