Refund & Return Policy


In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with any items you purchase as "Buy Now" or items sold at our auctions, we accept returns on any item (Items in "as-is" condition and certified items cannot be returned under any circumstances.) that is in original condition within two weeks from the date of receipt. This applies to any product shipped with defects or damages. Returns made after two weeks will not be approved.

If you want the items, you bought and paid for to be kept waiting, you will not be able to return the item when you receive it later. Because the price of the items sold is paid to the sellers, late returns cause problems for the system to function.

All returns must be approved prior to returning.

To start the return process please email for approval and details. We reserve the right to deny a refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only if we receive a defected/damaged returning item, we may not approve it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and defects/damages caused during transportation. Returned items must be in their original condition, and all items must be originally attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over 5000JPY, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Once your return is processed you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.


Shipping Policies
Once an item leaves the facility, is no longer responsible for the order. Please ensure you have the correct address on your order as is not responsible for misdelivered orders. is not responsible for orders lost in transit.

Upon your purchase, you will receive an email at the email address you provided confirming your order. After we have shipped your order, you will receive a second email with shipping information. We will ship depending on your choice of shipping at checkout.


For International Orders

We strongly suggest shipping with enhanced tracking and insurance. is not able to replace international orders lost in transit if not shipped via tracked or insured.

All international orders over 50.000JPY will automatically be sent via using tracked and insured shipping service.


International Duties, Customs & Taxes

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for payment of any such duties, fees, or VAT.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; has no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
