Tracked shipping will be used where available.
Tracking information will normally be provided after shipment.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates displayed by the store or provided by a carrier are estimates unless explicitly stated otherwise.
International delivery may be affected by:

- local delivery conditions; or
- other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Delays
If we become unable to dispatch your order within the shipping time promised by us, we will contact you as appropriate and, where required by applicable law, give you the option to accept a revised shipping time or cancel the affected order for a refund.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the parcel has been transferred to the carrier.
International Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to destination-country charges including:
- customs duties;
- import VAT;
- GST;
- sales or use taxes;
- brokerage charges;
- customs-clearance fees; and
- other governmental or carrier charges.
Unless the checkout specifically states that a particular tax or duty has been collected by us, such destination-country charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Import Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products they order may legally be imported into their destination country.
Some countries restrict or regulate products including:
- antiques;
- precious metals;
- jewelry;
- cultural property;
- animal-derived materials;
- certain woods;
- ivory or ivory-like materials; and

We reserve the right to cancel an order when we reasonably determine that export, import, sanctions, carrier, or other legal restrictions prevent lawful shipment.
Any payment collected for an order cancelled by us for this reason will be refunded.
High-Value Items
High-value jewelry, silver, precious-metal, antique and collectible orders may require:
- signature on delivery;
- additional shipping insurance;
- payment verification;
- identity verification where legally appropriate;
- alternative shipping arrangements; or
- additional documentation.
We may contact you before dispatch where special arrangements are required.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a package arrives visibly damaged, please retain:
- the item;
- all packaging;
- the shipping box or envelope;
- labels; and
- packing materials.
