Orient Art & Antiques sells products that may include:
- Japanese movie chirashi;

- vintage posters;
- antique and vintage paper items;
- Vintage accessories, jewelry;
- vintage and antique objects;
- artworks;
- collectibles; and
- other pre-owned goods.
Many products are vintage, pre-owned, collectible, or unique.
Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe:
- dimensions;
- weight;
- material;
- markings;
- condition;
- age;
- maker;
- artist;
- manufacturer;
- edition;
- origin; and
- other relevant characteristics.
Measurements may be approximate.
Where an exact fact cannot reasonably be established, qualifying terminology may be used.

- possibly;

- similar expressions indicating uncertainty.
Photographs
Product photographs form part of our product description.
We encourage customers to examine all photographs before purchasing.

Vintage Condition
Vintage, antique, and pre-owned items frequently have age-related wear.
Such characteristics are part of the item's condition when appropriately disclosed in the description or photographs.
Nothing in this provision removes any mandatory right a customer may have where an item is materially different from what was represented.
Availability
Many products are one-of-a-kind or available only in limited quantities.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item:
- has already been sold;
- is unavailable because of an inventory error;
- is discovered to have been materially damaged;
- was listed with a material pricing error; or
- cannot lawfully be shipped to the customer's destination.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.
Prices
Prices are displayed in the currencies supported by our store and Shopify Markets.
Currency conversion may involve exchange-rate fluctuations and rounding.
Prices shown on the website do not necessarily include destination-country import duties, taxes or customs charges unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Payment
Payment methods available to you are displayed during checkout.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or other authorized payment service providers.
Orient Art & Antiques generally does not receive or store your complete card number.

If you are purchasing in the course of a business rather than as a consumer, certain consumer-protection rights may not apply.

Movie titles, artists' names, designers' names, trademarks, company names and other third-party intellectual property may be used to truthfully identify or describe the products being sold.
Such rights remain with their respective owners.
